East Sussex has a vibrant network of business support groups including Chambers of Commerce and local branches of the Federation of Small Businesses and the Institute of Directors.

Local Enterprise Partnerships

The South East Local Enterprise Partnership includes the county of East Sussex and is responsible for administering government funding to key business development schemes and the strategic development of the area. Lewes District is additionally incorporated within the Coast to Capital Local Enterprise Partnership.
